A “document sender” (our customer) has sent you a document to sign through the Rio Software Solutions, Inc. Rio Genesis service (Rio Genesis) electronic signature service. In compliance with the E-Sign Act, Rio Genesis is providing you with the following information regarding your decision to receive information in electronic form:
Electronic Delivery

In conjunction with this document signature request and future document signature requests, the “document sender” will send you document notifications, records, notices, disclosures, acknowledgements, and other communications in electronic form (and not printed on paper).
Paper Copies

After signing a document on Rio Genesis, you have the option to download and print a paper copy of the document (and no fee is charged for this copy). We recommend that you print and save the signed document.

If you need an additional copy of a signed document, you should contact the “document sender” for a copy.
Providing or Withdrawing Consent for Electronic Delivery

You have the right to decline consent to receiving documents and records in electronic format.

You may decline to receive this document by abandoning the website session and not using Rio Genesis.

To request paper copies of documents, withdraw consent to conduct business electronically and receive documents, notices, or disclosures electronically or sign documents electronically please contact the “document sender” by telephone, postal mail, or by sending an email to the “document sender.”

If you proceed with using the Rio Genesis signature service, you are providing affirmative consent for the use of electronic records and demonstrating that you can access information in the electronic form.
